Shelton Law P.C. offers legal services to clients seeking real estate counsel, small business counsel, estate planning guidance and representation, and representation for clients seeking expungement.

The manner in which we bill will depend on the matter. If the scope of the service we are providing is clear, for example you’re receiving an expungement or you need a purchase agreement drafted, we offer flat fees.

However, when it is unclear how long it will take to work on a matter, such as the filing of a lawsuit, our hourly rate is $175 per hour.

As soon as tomorrow! Kidding, sort of. After the initial consultation, we will send over a retainer agreement for you to sign, and once this is signed we will begin work. Depending on the services offered, a retainer may be required before any work begins.

Matt is friendly, attentive, and diligent in his work for clients. Matt communicates clearly, promptly follows up on requests, and provides understandable, honest explanations to clients..

For clients that have retainers, we bill against the retainer for the work performed for that particular month and send an itemized invoice showing the amount drawn from the retainer at the end of the month.
